Food has always been a huge part of my life. I used to work along side my father in his small family restaurant. This experience allowed me to wear multiple hats, aside from being a chef, I also help manage day to day operation of our shop. Today, I want to take the experience I have accumulated over the years and share that bit of knowledge with my peer in this amazing industry in our amazing city of Chicago.
